Here is a Guthook Skinner in 500+ layer Damascus steel. The blade was made by Rob Charlton and is made of O1, mild steel and has a German nickle guard. The scales are Fiddle Back Maple. I just got a sheath made for this knife and will try to get a photo of it online shortly.

Bruce Gillespie has made this knife from a steel that is new to me. This knife is made of M2 steel which is a high speed tool steel. This is used for the tips of drills and the cutting teeth of saws. This makes a great small knife, but tends to get brittle on a larger blade. The scales on this are cherry burl.
